Silverdale Primary Academy is a thriving primary academy which is part of the University of Brighton Academies Trust, for children aged between 4+ and 11 years old.

Our academy site is a huge point of pride for the whole Silverdale team with its extensive and beautiful grounds and impressive playing fields. Our learners love our rainforest themed library, forest schools outdoor learning area and our state-of-the-art IT resources.

At Silverdale, we work together to create a place where we can all meet our potential, deliver excellence, achieve our ambitions, and enjoy being together.

Our Teaching and Learning

Our Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club runs from 8am until the start of our school day and has proven to be a winner with both parents and pupils. It provides a good start to the school day, with nutritious, filling breakfast options and a range of engaging activities to set them up for the best possible day of learning and laughter.

After School Club

Our after school attendees enjoy healthy snacks and activities including art and crafts, photography, board and card games, a book corner, cooking, our chill out area, forest school, movie nights, sewing and knitting, music and much, much more.
